Pricing your endpoints

Every endpoint has a pricing menu you compose in the dashboard’s inline editor. Changes are live immediately — re-pricing never touches your API or anything on-chain.

Per-call — the permanent default

A price per request, in USDC, up to 6 decimals (0.01, 0.001, …). Per-call is always available and never goes away, whatever else you add to the menu. Sub-cent prices work economically because of prepaid credit — see the $1 first payment below.

Add one purchasable pack

On top of per-call, an endpoint can offer one purchasable pack (keeping the menu unambiguous for a paying agent):

• Bundle — X calls for $Y (e.g. 1,000 calls for $5). One on-chain payment; the calls draw down as prepaid credit at your per-call rate.
• Time pass — one flat payment opens a window of access, from 1 to 366 days. Unused credit expires when the window closes.
• Volume tier — pay $X, receive more than $X in credit (e.g. pay $20, get $25). The volume discount arrives as bonus credit, so your per-call list price never changes.

Free trial

Optionally, a new wallet’s first calls are free: you set a trial grant, and each wallet can claim it once per endpoint. Agents get to verify your endpoint does what they need before wiring money — a documented reason agents hesitate on unknown APIs. How trials work →

Knobs

• Your own minimum top-up — raise the floor on pack purchases if you want fewer, larger payments.
• Low-balance warning — the balance level at which buyer responses start carrying a low-balance flag so agents top up before running dry.

Limits to know

• Prices are USDC amounts with at most 6 decimals, greater than 0.
• Every purchasable pack (bundle, pass, tier) must be at least $0.25 — on-chain payments have a practical minimum size.
• If your per-call price is under $1 and you offer no pack of your own, agents’ first payment is an automatic $1 bundle at your exact rate — always disclosed to the agent up front. Details in Fees & limits.

Changing prices

Edit any time; the new terms appear in the very next 402 an agent receives. Credit a buyer has already purchased keeps its full dollar value and keeps drawing — changing your price never voids a balance or an active pass.
